Account Executive

Salary: 140,000 OTE

Insightly has seen tremendous customer growth (1M+ users) and we're now building a world class sales team to take advantage of market demand for the next generation CRM.

Insightly is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Executive with experience selling CRM and a proven track record of up-selling into an existing customer base. This role is responsible for engaging a large set of paying customers and expanding their investment with Insightly. The AccountExecutive is responsible for managing multiple clients ranging from small - mid market - F500 globally with a focus on MRR growth, building quality relationships, and ensuring customers have a world class experience with Insightly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive revenue growth within a large set of paying customers ranging from small - mid market - F500 globally.
  • Develop into the customer's trusted advisor to help them achieve their business aspirations.
  • Closely monitor customer usage and provide recommendations to drive usage and adoption with team
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to make recommendations and increase client adoption and engagement
  • Monitor activity of current customers for signals that require outreach and intervention
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members to ensure customers receive a world class experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to champion opportunities to improve our customer experience
  • Participate in alpha and beta technology testing
  • Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintain an accurate forecast
  • Become an expert at presenting Insightly’s new features and solutions
  • Update and create sales proposals and reports as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-10 years of experience in software sales or CRM
  • Track record of upselling to an customer base is preferred
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • The technical aptitude to master our products
  • Superior communication skills, incredible writing skills and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
  • Excellent consultative selling skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • A thorough understanding of the CRM ecosystem is highly desired
  • Experience with selling to the media & entertainment, e-commerce, travel, gaming, retail industries is a plus.
