We are looking for a Country CEO who can bring our unique Job Board and unique Digital Company Branding concept to new heights.
We are currently recruiting teams all over the US, Spain, Germany, UK, Scandinavia, Australia and India, and strive to have 100 employees in one year across the world.
As the Country CEO you will be in charge of building your own portfolio of companies who is looking for great Talent, and sell the job packages we offer. You will also be the one who is building your team of Regional Managers for each state, Operational Managers and several Sales- and Junior Sales Executives in each city, according to your need in each state you find interesting setting up teams.
It is important for us that you work with a work-life-balance, which means that you of course have time to care of your family, friends and other things that is important to you, so that you feel comfortable and relaxed to complete the work you are set out to do.
You will report to the International CEO & Founder.
The right candidate
You probably come from a similar position, business or company, used to sell products to both Enterprise and SMB clients.
You have been working with teams for a longer period of time and used to make teams perform according to the goals of the company.
You should have the following skills as well:
- You know the market, know the clients, used to fulfill their every need to get the assignment and deliver the best product and concept within this business
- You understand how the business works, by not only looking at the potential here and now, but the bigger picture and potential down the road as well
- As a person you are energetic, focused, professional, with an overload of business understanding, so that you meet the clients need in every aspect
- You know how to bring the right people together and to set the right team for future opportunities
- You know how to motivate other people and build a professional relationship to your team members
- You speak the native language fluently
- You are used to work on full commission! Your compensation package is between 160.000$ and 220.000$ annually, with no upper limit
