We are currently looking for highly-motivated, tenacious, and business-minded Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for securing new clients for White Code Labs, by developing executive level contacts and closing new business with a value-oriented sales approach. We seek disciplined, self-motivated, and competitive hunters to join our sales tradition and grow the White Code Labs client roster.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience developing pipeline in outbound focused sales.
  • Must be an US Citizen.
  • Experience uncovering opportunities with large contract potential.
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling to generate sales opportunities to well-established organizations and institutions.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an upbeat personality, drive to exceed goals, and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills, expectation management and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco bay area.

Responsibilities

  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
  • High-volume prospecting organizations via cold calling, social networking, and e-mail by utilizing information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals for calls, emails and well-qualified meetings.
  • Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling).
  • Penetrating accounts by profiling and scheduling well-qualified appointments with key decision makers demonstrating the value White Code Labs can provide.
  • Work with marketing and other sales members to ensure sales, business development and marketing initiatives are aligned to maximize success.

Job Compensation and Benefits

  • Flexible work-hours, and work independently.
  • Job Compensation includes high-commission and bonus, and equity ownership.
  • Potential Business Development Executive, however its based on performance.
